I've been studying A Course in Miracles for quite some time, and I thought it was truly helping me. {But lately, things have taken a unsettling turn. My dreams are filled with disturbing imagery. My thoughts are constantly racing and I feel like I'm falling apart. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I need help, please! I don't know
